§ 18-33. Application of article to municipalities.

Latest version.

Municipalities within Jackson County, and the county, may contract by interlocal agreement for this article to be effective within their jurisdictional area and for the county to enforce this article within such municipal areas. Such interlocal agreement shall be signed by the representatives of each entity and filed with the clerk of the circuit court of the county.
