§ 18-62. Amendments.
The code adopted by section 18-61 is amended as set out in this section.
Article 90-2(b), Not covered, is amended to add new subsections (6) and (7) to read as follows:
"(6) Nonresidential farm buildings, at the option of the owner.
"(7) A bona fide homeowner personally installing electrical wiring in his own home, provided he shall live in such residence which is a single-family dwelling unit, used exclusively by him or his immediate family. Such privilege does not exempt the homeowner from taking out a permit for such work, and having work approved by the electrical inspector. However, the number of such permits shall not exceed one permit per year."
