§ 42-34. Revocation of license.

If, at any time after the issuance of an original or renewal permit or license under the provision of this article, the county public health unit shall determine after due investigation that the permit holder no longer meets the requirements of this article, the county public health unit shall immediately give notice to the permit holder that, unless any such deficiency shall be corrected within a period of time certain not to exceed 14 days, the permit or license shall be immediately revoked and canceled.
