§ 58-34. Operating rules and procedures.

The library board shall recommend to the board of county commissioners the adoption of such rules and regulations and procedures as are deemed necessary for the operation of the library system; provided, however, that no such rule, regulation or procedure shall conflict with any law, statute, regulation or ordinance established by the legislature of this state or by the county board.
