Chapter 62. MANUFACTURED HOMES AND TRAILERS

§ 62-7. Standards for setup.

(a)

Seal of approval. All mobile homes which are required by the National Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards Act, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq., or general laws of the state, to bear the seal of approval and certification described therein, must bear such seal and certification in order to be installed in the county.

(b)

Anchoring specifications. Anchors, components, etc., must meet the minimum requirements of F.S. § 320.8325, or other applicable state laws or regulations relating thereto.
