§ 70-111. Definition.

For the purposes of this article, the Citizens Pond shall be that self-contained body of water located on the Citizens Lodge property under the control and authority of the Board of County Commissioners of Jackson County, Florida, on tax parcels numbers 34-5N-10-0000-0780-0020 and 34-5N-10-0000-0780-0000 (which descriptions are incorporated herein by reference).
