§ 74-101. Building permit and subdivision approval process.

The present building permitting and subdivision approval processes will remain unchanged. All requirements of other county ordinances with respect to land use and development shall remain in effect and unaffected by this article. No building permit or other permit shall be issued from the county unless the requirements of this article shall have been met, as evidenced by the issuance of a final development order or permit.
