§ 74-453. Shared use of telecommunications towers by county emergency facilities.

  • The county shall have the right to install, maintain, and operate antennae, amplifiers, coaxial cable, wire, fiber optic cable fixtures and appurtenances necessary for a county communications system upon or within the communications facilities of any communications tower located in Jackson County on the condition that such installations do not interfere with the property or operations of the tower owner and at no cost to the county except to reimburse the tower owner for any additional costs incurred as a result of any such construction by county.
