The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Connection
means any joining or intersection of any private roadway, driveway, thoroughfare,
turnout, easement, drainage system, or right-of-way which is intended, designed or
used for access to any street, road, highway, easement, drainage system, or right-of-way
maintained or owned by the county, or to any other lands or property over which the
county has operational or maintenance responsibility as provided in F.S. § 335.04(2).
