§ 18-31. Standard Building Code—Adopted.

Except as provided in this article, the Standard Building Code of which copies are on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county, is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein as the building code for the county, and every person shall comply therewith.

Editor's note

Ord. No. 2007-18, § 1, adopted July 10, 2007 stated that "Code Section 18-31 [is] hereby amended to provide for the adoption of the updated versions of the various state minimum building and specialty codes, as adopted from time to time by the Florida Building Commission under the authority granted in Florida Statutes Chapter 553."
